O Grande Amor

Me Magazine

Just reminded a friend to subscribe before she decamps to Chile. Me is Claudia Wu's independent publication devoted to creative individuals.

Bailey Doesn't Bark

Four seasons cup set. Lovely.

The Sea

Two perspectives. Syoin Kajii (top). Hiroshi Sugimoto (bottom).

Phillip Low

Glass sculptures at Maryam Nassir Zadeh.

Prism

Prism London makes the perfect readers and each pair comes nestled in a fantastically designed acrylic case. I like all of the styles but am a bit partial to New York and London. Handmade in Italy, where the crafting of glasses originates. Limited supply too.

Tokyo and My Daughter

Takashi Homma is a favorite. This book, from the sublime Nieves catalogue, gets browsed often and by all of us.

Mad Girl's Love Song

Oh Sylvia!

Taka Suzuki

A magical mug.

Harvey Faircloth

More for my closet. Their debut collection is inspired by Alexey Brodovitch, Native American beading, the Seven Year Itch, the understated chic of Clare McCardell...etcetera.

Studioilse

I have a couple of Ilse Crawford's design books and have attempted to create a home with elements from Sensual Home and Home is Where the Heart Is -- both always close by for quick doses of inspiration and insight. And I'll put this task lamp for my desktop on my mental wish list.

Black Basalt

A dream for coffee/tea breaks, classic Black Basalt Prestige Earthenware from Wedgewood . Spotted ions ago on the always excellent Hoping for Happy Accidents.

Laura Ponte

Stylish, Spanish. She is perfect.

David Hicks and Hitchcock

This book is one of my favorites. It reminds me of my grandmother Alicia, her spirited arrangements (ginger! hibiscus! palm fronds! banana leaf! orchids!) and her garden in San Salvador. It's raining again tonight, one of those sudden tropical storms that seem to come out of nowhere, so I'll peruse this book with a cup of tea and finish watching To Catch a Thief with Elizabeth.

Flor de Papel

Florecer por florecer. Porque si. De Cecilia en Argentina: un blog divino...."recuerdame como alguien que amaba la poesia y los nisperos"--Shiki.

Kennedy Holmes

A beauty and a reader. Wish she'd gone to high school with me. "Lay me in some tall grass; let me do my thing".

APAK Studio

"The collaborations of this childlike husband and wife duo explore the beauty, mystery and magic of life as well as express their love for each other...." I heart APAK.

Travel Poster

From Lena Corwin's shop update, the travel poster is perfect for Alejandro's room.

Sprouted Kitchen

Gorgeous food. All of it. Slowly transforming our kitchen into a sprouted one.

Beauty

I've run out of a few staples. RODIN olio lusso and Suki's lemongrass cleanser are musts.

Everyday Juice

I have this juicer to make Natalia Rose's Green Lemonade. A daily dose of sunshine for breakfast is ideal, blending Romaine lettuce, kale, celery, cucumber, lemon, ginger and a bit of stevia. Heaven!

Elizabeth Schuppe

Her purpose: "to create expression and emotion strictly out of shape and color-completely abstract".
